I began my journey in the IT trenches, spending two years as a Tier 1 and Tier 2 technician. Holding an Associate degree in Information Systems Technology and a CompTIA A+ certification, I developed a ‘System Optimizer’ mindset—learning to deconstruct complex problems and build stable, efficient solutions.
Transitioning into web design and programming wasn’t a change in direction, but an expansion of my toolkit. With certifications in mobile application design and web design, I realized that a great website or database is just a well-optimized system with a beautiful interface.
Under the professional name Rainbow, I bridge the gap between technical reliability and creative vision. Whether I am troubleshooting a remote server, architecting a SQL database, or building a custom WordPress environment, my goal remains the same: Optimization through Design.
