I was at work today and I had a little bit of downtime to where I was able to browse YouTube. I came across Enfant Terrible’s “ALL 35 NEW BIGGEST Pure Stealth Games coming in 2026 & 2027” video. One of the games mentioned that is already out is called Thick as Thieves and is set for PC, PS5, and Xbox. It’s a co-op or single player game where you play as one of the preset thieves in the game. Each thief has different abilities and you can unlock gear to help on your missions as you progress. Just looking at the announcement trailer of the game, it gives me Robin Hood vibes of the game that came out years ago called Hood. That game launched well enough, however, it couldn’t keep up with the demand of content drops players wanted to keep them engaged. However, Thick as Thieves is two-player co-op versus Hood having been up to 4 players online.
Thick as Thieves is out now and is priced at $5 USD. I will definitely be trying it out and seeing what it has to offer. The only other price that can beat this is if it had been free. The price of it serves the introductory campaign, two highly repayable maps (with your choice of increasing or decreasing difficulty), and there are future updates to the game planned. The campaign length is stated to be roughly 4-7 hours depending on one’s play style. As you increase in difficulty, the more obstacles and challenges increase as well. Happy to give this one a try.
